About the Owner and Kentucky Process Server, Michael May
Mr. May graduated from Ninth & O. Christian Academy in 1980 and went on to complete two years of college courses at the University of Louisville. During that time, he founded May Commercial Cleaning Service, LLC, providing cleaning services to Louisville businesses, bringing his father, William A. May, out of retirement from 33 years at General Electric, Appliance Park. They would go on to employ 35 people before selling the business in 1990.

Itching for a new venture after his father retired for the second time, Mr. May began working at a local private investigation firm, doing covert video surveillance of cheating spouses, workers compensation claimants, and the like, while also beginning to serve legal documents part-time. He began honing those skills, preferring to service documents over surveillance. It was then that the Process Serving business was formed, and Mr. May is still out serving on most days, opting to let his offic staff handle the paperwork.

Michael May has taught Skip Tracing classes for paralegals, and for the past 16 years, the Kentucky Constable Association has asked him to teach training classes for the newly elected incoming Constables.
